  • Mine are the same way! The kids cant wait for me to be able to start walking again, they too miss the long walks with mom. I have to say I never thought I would hear my 9 year old son say "Hey this is fun enough I would quit playing video games to take a walk with you mom!" lol
  • I did my first workout with EA in two weeks because of this whole "stay off the foot" thing. lol. I made a custom work out with most of the sports and a few arm workouts. I did this sitting in a chair, and did pretty well. I actually got a workout, I was suprised but it was nice to get a little work out in. :)
  • I personally can't stand the chocolate cupcake ones. They have a weird texture to them, but that's just me. I would rather eat a real one and exercize it off after trying them.

  • I haven't wii'd since wednesday. My foot just keeps hurting worse and worse, so i'm sticking to my 1200 calories. I'm hoping the wii fit plus will show up in the mail by wednesday as my hubby mailed it from over seas last tuesday. I can't wait. Great job everyone and keep up the good work!!

  • I have experienced the same thing. In almost five week's I've lost 7 pounds and three inches. The thing is, I lost inches faster than pounds. So keep up the good work, one day you'll wake up and be a few pounds lighter by suprise. :)

  • I looked this up last night. Here are a few things I found: Stationary biking 20-30 minutes Walking Lung and squat exercizes, but be careful not to do them to frequently or too long or you wil end up making them thicker. I am sure there are more but those are the ones that stuck out to me, I just googled it. :)

  • You need to see your doc and probably get orthodics, and if that doesn't fix it you need to see a pediatrist (sp?).   • I just bought a wheat pizza crust and put sauce and cheese on it. My daughter had a blast making it and it tasted great. It takes less than ten minutes to cook. The brand was beritoli or soemthing like that. BTW the crust was already cooked.
