Does no one else drink Almond milk?... I get the unsweetend vanilla it is a great substitute for traditional milk. I think it fits in nicely with the primal plan.

Bump for a great thread... I haven't gone completely Paleo/ primal yet, but it has opened me up to a great new way of eating that has done wonders for my energy and health.

+1 for after workout.... I like to add frozen fruit/berries and blend in the blender for after workout for rebuilding muscle and replenishing energy.
