sorry for the delay -- busy busy!! i've started couch to 5k and just finished week 5, and then also am using jillian michael's 30 day shred on off days. this is more intense than i have done in the past, but i feel great and recommend both!

I'm in medicine and it seems like we have seminars with free food all the time. Also, TIME is such an issue for fitness and meal planning with a crazy work schedule. Glad to see some people here who totally get that, and would love to keep in touch.

did level 1 today. i think having done the c25k for a few weeks helped a lot, because it was hard but not as rough as i feared based on some of the comments i've seen here. how are y'all doing?

Have you checked out couch to 5k? (c25k) It's a great program -- i've always thought of myself as unable to run, but it's helping me overcome that feeling.
