  • Well done :) Don't you find it weird that they put your weight on your driving licence? That's too personal. I'm from England and they don't do that here. Infact I don't think the government could get away with that!! I would find it humiliating, because I have to show my Licence as ID when at the supermarket sometimes.
  • Mmm..sounds like a good idea. Prepare food so I know exactly what I'm eating when I get home, rather than grabbing the first highly calorific thing I see. Not sure why I've been like this this week, but I feel like I haven't eaten even thought I've had a good low calorie lunch.

  • Yes, ok. I'll join. I have EA Fitness and so far I have not been able to do more than 4 days in a row. It'll be a good kick start for me to get back in to dieting :)
  • Good luck! I can't even run for more than 4 minutes on the treadmill, so you must be very fit! That will be a great experience for you to have under your belt.

  • Thanks! I did put my gym stuff in the car last week, but queuing in ruh hour traffic made me drive straight home. I will try going straight to the gym on friday after work. It's so easy to turn the wheel and head home, lol.

  • I have thought about that. I will have to make more of an effort to get to the gym early. I know that to lose weight you have to exercise, it's just disappointing when you go off track and put weight on so easily. This is the heaviest I've ever weighed and I don't want it to stay like this.

  • It's an extreme workout. They are basically atheletes by the end of it. I imagine that even a little bit of exercise and a little less food for someone as big as the people on that show would produce massive weight loss straight away.

  • You've got to eat regularly, have small meals throughout the day and not binge at night. When you eat late in the evening or at night, you aren't active like you are in the day. I know how hard it is to diet, and how easy it is to eat an entire packet of biscuits.
