Leggings and T-shirts. My legs have got definition and I proudly show them off. Even in shorts, I don't even cellulite (except where thigh meets my hips). I have an H-shape or apple shape. My Curvy Kate bra always shows to advantage.

Mozzarella is string cheese. And while not very overpowering, why else would you get it? Not overpowering: provolone, havarti, babybel gouda, and brie. I like smoked gouda, pepperjack, and sharp provolone (Italian) with my sandwiches. Romano cheese is definitely favorite (Italian) and cheddar-jack (Mexican). I do like…

Since when is chicken salad a pauper's dinner? I mean, you're not going to eat red meats and demand bread. I want to add breakfast as a king, and lunch and a dinner as farmer, but I kind of like dinner like pauper.

I'm on 10mg celexa and 75mg bupropion. I better not be gaining weight with a citalopram (I lost 50 pounds). I'm off of setraline (zoloft) and its keeping me sane. My psychiatrist says depressive patients crave sugar! This was me.

I think mid-afternoon snack of protein. An apple and jif-to-go! Breakfast like king, lunch as a farmer, and dinner like pauper. Breakfast is 500-600 calories!

Is exercising the culprit? Are you exercising four times a week? Do you walk/jog more than 3.0 mph?

You sound like you have PCOS. Better get with a doctor! My period are 4 days and 28 days between.

Poop for over 7 days, better to call the doctor. My 3-4 days before pooping is nothing on 7 days.

What about eating an apple and eating beans? Really cleaned me out in hurry. http://allrecipes.com/recipe/63113/best-black-beans/ Can of salt-reduced black beans, about 112 calories.

Mainly doing workouts. It's stressing you out, you need to do that workoutl

Hi! I'm a person. I lost 54 pounds.

Christmas Eve-- Tamales! Christmas Day -- Turkey, red mashed potatoes (low-glycemic index!), gravy, cauliflower casserole, pear gorgonzola salad, cranberry sauce (?) and piece de resistance -- brownies with vanilla bean ice cream (a caramel sauce).

Add me!

I've gained 6-7 lbs well with my 54 lbs weight loss. My gain seems to be fleeting and seems to last 4-5 days.

High Fructose Corn Syrup.

I will eat on cookie day, sample espresso crinkles and pistachio cookies to try and guess temperature. I generally will workout -- going on walk.

You're on niacin? DHA, should be limited red meat, eat vegetables!

Your gotta give stroke a chance == only a nibble of food put you off it. Be better, get better!

My goal is to get below 300. I basically quit really trying in the last few months because I was so stressed with work. But now that's over (I teach college) I'm back on the wagon and trying to eat right and exercise more. Surprisingly, I didn't gain as much as I thought I did -- I felt huge, but only gained 5 pound --but…

It's kind of like that whole phrase, "It not the place, but the journey". You need the journey to figure out why you got to the place you are. It's not an easy one, but worth it.

Looking at your diary, I'm thinking you should be eating 1600 calories a day, especially if you're working out. You will probably have the same amount of weight loss and enjoy your life a bit more. If you eat under 1200 calories a day, you can slow your metabolism.

I was going to agree with supergirl6. You need to make sure your thighs, calves and hamstrings are in beautiful shape. Those are the muscle groups (I think) that keep the strain off the joints. Basically if you can't lift 250 pounds with your legs, you shouldn't run. Work out until you can.

I didn't weigh myself at all, but I only weigh myself once a week anyway. Did 45 minutes of circuit training. Don't think I gained anything, but more worried about all these leftovers -- especially that lovely berry pie I made and slow-churned vanilla ice cream. Still, all things considered, I made the pie myself so…

Go back to what you were doing. I just had two weeks of that when my mom died. Trying to go back to normal, but I did gain about 7 pounds. I'm not worried because I know that will come off, but just trying to be in control of your life in a stressful time is rough. Don't beat yourself up over it and just battle on.

Yeah, I do not power lift. I rarely lift more than 45 pounds (except leg weights which I do 125, but that's average for most women, I think). Usually I just do 5-10 free weights or kettle bells and loads of cardio. Lost 30 pounds doing this (as well as eating well) Lost a lot of inches.
