I brought in a cat for a Halloween (it's a black cat and it's an unsafe holiday) and I cared for it. And shopping! (But there are limits!)

Take some water/a Propel drink and Kshama2001's advice. After a couple days, give into the craving. By the way, Cheetos are my weakness. I get a 11/2 oz, like at Dollartree, and I get my craving. There's no getting the family size! Terytha, I loathe pickles!

NY steak is available at DollarTree!

CICO!

Just binge. Just enjoy it. Don't beat yourself over it. And get on the wagon again.

It's the rowing machine! And weights. It'll get you solid in no time!

I felt like eating Cheetos. I bought a whole 6 oz. bag, and I devoured half of them. No sickness or diarrhea. I felt satisfied.

Shrimp salsa and keto "tortilla" chips!

Do eat your vegetables and hydrate yourself!

I eat a salad with peanut dressing. It's a) 2 tbsp (2g of sugar, 3 carb) or b) 2 tbsp (8 g of sugar, 9 carb) or c)2 tbsp (10 g of sugar and 11 carbs). I doubt if a person could tell the difference.

It's just not for everyone. :|

I'll have been on the "keto" diet. My blood glucose level went from 190 to 100. I have no cholesterol problem and no hypertension. I keep in touch with my cardiologist who seems like you saying, "95 percent of diets don't last!" I went on a diet when I was 10. There has not been a diet I haven't been a part of -- until…

60-80% fat? Forget about it! Just eat some vegetables or consomme. Buy strawberries.

It's like calorie counting. I simply count carbohydrates. My diary is public.
-
I ended up losing 15 lbs in first two weeks, and I lost 10 lbs in the next four weeks.

I'm just saying what I've been doing. "Disagree" signals that I am lying. "Disheartening and dangerous"? The only silencers are moderators. You may not agree with keto-ers, but disagreeing with them is accusing them of lying. "Disheartening and dangerous" is straight out of 1984's Ministry of Love.

I like Tazo chai tea, and I blend it two tablespoons of whole milk Fairlife, and 1 teaspoon of Splenda (sucralose).

I mean net carb is 4, I mean the total carbs.

I have been on this ride before. At the age of 16, I lost 90 pounds, what was then called the Atkins diet. I had a negative body image and saw this skyrocket in my 20-30s. So I saw the "Keto" diet, and I wanted not to be on it. It was my husband's idea and I went with it with a skeptical eye, I might add. The "keto" isn't…

What the real carbohydrate on that?

Keto dieters in the first two weeks drop 10-15 pounds. It's then that 1-2 lbs. begins. I've been on it six weeks. My first two weeks: -15 pounds. My next four weeks: -10 lbs.

Flank steak!

No, the low-fat version of causes the weight gain. The sugar when combined carbohydrates, also with no protein and no fat, also causes eater to be unsatisfied.
-
And the sugar: maltodextrin, dextrose, etc.
-
I do a kind of keto 25-30 carbs. Lots of veggies and salads (with a meat.) I don't think you do yourself any favors not getting enough protein. No protein = you still can't get enough carbs with your meal.

The type of keto pancake: https://www.gnom-gnom.com/keto-pancakes/ Keto pancake is 2.5 g and you know your going two have two, 5.0 g of carbs, so you will have to make some allowances in your food menu. (A half-cup of strawberries of whipping creme is 4 g! A sugar-free syrup 6 g.)

I just had keto pancakes, with whipping cream and strawberries! I do eat a spinach scrambled eggs during the week.
