Labryrinthitis turns into vertigo. My seasonal allergies triggered it. My sudafed (pseudoephedrine hydrochloride) took care of that.

Now I've chai tea with breakfast and I have a cherry coke zero with lunch or dinner. (I know you know you need a doctor visit. It's hard on your heart.)

I traveled 11.8 miles on hike one-way. It took about 2,000-3,000 calories. I was eating chicken and gorp and a whole lot of water. And my companion wouldn't eat or drink anything! (Was kind altitude sickness) I convinced him to eat chicken and water, to fuel his assent toward the peak...but it wasn't easy. You got to fuel…

There are battles to be won, and there may be a lost cause. I'm stroke survivor and I wanted to get something straight. Since my stroke two and a half year ago, my brain couldn't get enough oxygen. My brain died in the frontal and temporal region. I have since been gradually building in neuroplasticity -- capacity of…

There's yoga on Netflix and Amazon.

Before the stroke came I cannot stand meat. Now, I eat hamburger and steak. But I eat more vegetables: onion, bell pepper, spinach and broccoli. After the stroke I cannot handle sugarless drinks. They always taste like chemicals to me, but the notable exception Diet Cherry Zero. It's the best.

I am on 10mg Celexa and exercise and I continue on seeing a psychologist. I still have aphasia (10%) and speech apraxia (30-40%), and am considering "normal" in the physical world. "Strawberry," it's taken a month to say correctly. I cannot teach except in online classes. My husband tells me I laugh more now. It is what it…

I don't think I need a man who mansplaining what I know. Your derivative and repetitive authors shouldn't carry any weight, and your research explains nothing. The scientists research another's research? Mansplaining: (of a man) explain (something) to someone, typically a woman, in a manner regarded as condescending or…

Cardio and working your core. Make some healthy choices: greens and less fatty meats.

Fat-phobic: 1. Fear and dislike of obese people and/or obesity. 2. Fearful of fatness or becoming fat. Check! Anorexic: There is accumulating evidence that young men have become as concerned with their physical appearance as young women. However, different from women who want to achieve an ultra-slender body shape, most…

It's okay if you eat an appetizer versus big entree. So, this is California, it's not Nebraska: beef broth soup and kale salad! Which, BTW, make excellent food choices. archetypenapa.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/Web-Dinner-Menu-3-10-2018.pdf

And so are you. I am not saying I was thin or obese. I am saying my husband is not obese. I am calling you out for being an anorexic. There's been too many fat-phobic comments to my answer. I have eight cats (yes, a long story). There are three cats in the obese category, three cats in medium category, and two cats in the…

I can do that! I am at a BMI of 42.6. Being a least of all a bodybuilder, I haven't benched 350 lbs of weight, but I shoved my brother against a wall, and I'm guessing he weighs 380. Benching isn't good for my knees.

My size distortion isn't the problem. He's not obese.

$20/half an hour 2-3x a week. There's a discount.

And glutes of steel!

88% dark chocolate? What do I do to get that stuff? The stuff sounds horrible! Prepare a plate of brownies for six people. Partake of six brownies. Done!

Amy's TORTILLA CASSEROLE & BLACK BEANS BOWL! The black beans are heaven (780g sodium).

In 1998, the BMI changed. https://ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4890841/ Now, your BMI was 30 or higher, you were considered obese. My husband weighs 210 and is 5'9" and he's not obese. I'm 5'7" and 272 lbs. and I can be considered MORBIDLY obese. I have no CPAP machine, no oxygen, and I don't even snore. I have no back…

I have been paying for a trainer for 2014. The gym-owned trainers are a motley crew. Some are inexperienced, train you like you 20-year-old, and have "No excuses" policy. I paid like $20 like 3 times a week.

Oh, I walk 3.8 mph! So you're not a fast runner and at least you doing it!

Treadmill will tone legs and butt. You need to elevate at 4.0-6.0 and 4 mph.

I'd like to over your caloric activity.

From the stroke, I had apparently weird, healthy tastes. I cannot taste diet cola and thinking something's wrong with it, my perchant for hamburger and no fries (I don't know where this is from) and veggies. Although I do have a zero-calorie option Cherry Coke Zero, the 20-oz. I drink once a day and this fulfills my daily…
