I've recently started drinking premium protein shakes and eating premium protein bars. They're really good! The shakes are low calorie !

Listen to your body, if you're hungry eat. I've recently added protein bars into my diet, and portioning out one a day can help satisfiy hunger. I also started drinking a premium protein shake for breakfast and it fills me up!

The sugar in fruits are natural sugar which is WAY better for you than processed fatty sugary things that we all enjoy. I wouldn't worry too much about your sugar intake (From fruit) unless you are eating too much fruit, cut back if you are. (: Add me if you want!

I absolutely adore 100 cal. packs of popcorn. You get a ton of popcorn and it has less than half of the fat of normal chips. It takes you awhile to eat all of the popcorn so it makes you feel fuller. Which is great for snackers!

I believe it honestly depends on your body. For some people, like myself, when exercising and burning 300-500 calories, sometimes your body is hungry and needs and wants the extra calories. If you aren't hungry what so ever, don't eat the burnt off calories because its just nutrients and food the body doesn't need. (:

I think a decent alternative would be popcorn, and so you don't over do it, get the 100 cal. packs. There is less fat and a bigger serving.

If you are hungry, eat. Before you eat drink 8oz of water, then eat a healthy snack it wont kill you, simply boost your metabolism (:

Well if you're on a 1200 cal diet and you say lose 400 with physical activity, you eat 1600 calories a day. It depends on how many calories your body needs to maintain your weight, and it depends if you're still hungry. If you're still hungry LISTEN TO YOUR BODY eat.

When you're eating roughly 1200-1500 Cal. Its good for your body with the combination of some sort of exersize even if its walking around the neighborhood a couple times, as far as 800 cal goes I think you should try to add a couple snacks into your schedual for your body, its good for your metabolism and health!

The scale can read your body fat because it sends a shock through out your body (you don't feel it) and can tell your body composition.
