Sounds to me like you have been laid up for awhile with operations and your muscle structure has suffered and now its rebuilding. When your muscle structure catches back up you will see the weight change. I would encourage you to lift some weights.

so you aren't getting laid? why are you so mean? FTR... If you are losing weight then you aren't maintaining and by definition that means you are depriving your body of the energy it needs to maintain and its eating up your fat stores for energy. <--Deprived.

Like chiropractic-ally messed up? If that's the case your muscles are inflamed and tight because your spine is out of alignment. Its best to get those muscles to loosen up and relax before you go work out. Otherwise OUCH!

this WATCH OUT FOR CHEESE.. high in Fat. Meat lots of meat and lots of nuts. Some people like to use protien shakes also a clean way to supplement.
