In my family, you do this to EVERYONE you love, not just your SO. So just about every time I hang up with a dear friend or relative gets an I love you, too.

This was seriously awesome.

I really hate when people say this. There's plenty of people who will be your friend, why get bent out of shape about the few who are all set? Do you expect every stranger you meet on the street to be your friend? That would be weird.

I just got contacts last year and I love having both options, especially in summer. At home or when I'm working at the computer on pictures or projects I prefer glasses. I like being able to take them off quickly to give my eyes a break. I love contacts to wear when I dress up or when glasses would be annoying, like for…

Chips in general. I had my brother over for dinner Saturday after his race and he requested pringles. I sent what was left in the can home with him because I knew I'd just eat them mindlessly as soon as he left. I used to eat a can of pringles as a snack at my dad's house every other weekend growing up. No wonder I got fat.

My dad lost his appetite when he started treatment because everything tasted different. He just ate smaller amounts of things spread out through the day. When his cancer came back, he kinda gave up. All he would eat was canned peaches and cranberry juice until he finally was too weak for my stepmom to care for him at home.…

HUGE difference!!! You're amazing.

I wanted braces too! I had giant gaps between my top front teeth (they're genetic, but while my sister got braces too, my brother's fixed themselves) and an overbite. I got braces at 8 because I'd already lost all my baby teeth, and I had them til I was nearly twelve. Then my top front teeth started moving apart again, so…

It depends on the busyness/general stress level. If it's a busy time, we could eat out once, maybe twice a week (plus Fun Friday and if we're out doing errands together on the weekends). When things are pretty stable, we eat out on Fun Friday, maybe on the weekend.

It hurts me to even look at that under picture. *scratches out eyeballs*

Chips + Favorite = Salt and Vinegar Kettle Chips. All other chips are inferior to me.

Right now, I just keep rewatching 30 Rock and Avatar. I'm on my third time through both.

You'll adjust in time, just keep telling yourself YOU EARNED THIS. You're not crazy...well, not because of this anyways ;) 114 pounds is a HUGE adjustment (pun definitely intended) and you have another huge adjustment before you get to your goal. It's kinda like after New Years when you keep wanting to write last year on…

Get your fruit outta my pie.

Untrue.

This seems to work for me.

So very wrong.

Hey, Gryffs! I'm officially demoted to Deputy Head of Gryffindor. Collett (Letty_c) is taking over for me as Head of Gryffindor. Kelly (kellyisfat, from Ravenclaw) is taking over for me as Headmistress. This weekend is your starting weight for June, last week was an 'off' week. I'll still be around, but not very much for…

I go a week and I AM OCD. But I also don't like to do laundry every five seconds.
-
Eat well during the week. Have one meal a week where you have something delicious you've been craving. You'll look forward to it, but not wreck your progress. Also, take recipes you love and substitute ingredients or reduce portions. Eating healthy doesn't need to be boring.

Start your own thread, then! Geez! ;)
-
No, you mean bravest. We went over this in the other thread.

I kick. I can't tell you how many times I've kicked my own mother square in the face out of reflex when she tickled me.
-
Seriously, this is THE one big glaring point that Patti and I agree on.

K'nex.

You know what? I don't think that at all. I'm a christian by default, but I hate the word christian. It lumps me with the 'christians' most non-christians are talking about when you make jokes about our intelligence or whatnot. I don't think disagreeing with me is attacking me. I do find the jokes exhausting.

I don't like stupid. Unfortunately, it seems to be everywhere.

I'm on the right, my brother and sister are twins. I look exactly like my maternal grandma (my mom looks lots like her, but has enough of my grandpa in her to make her features much harder than mine). My brother is built like the men on my mom's side, but has my dad's nose. The older he gets, the more he looks like my…

At my sister's bridesmaid fitting, we were told that discontinuation was a real possibility, so we all just bought them, then. If you're only thinking you'll lose ten pounds, that's not a very big sizing gap, most likely. It's only when the sizes become vastly different that the style of the dress would look different…
