I crossfit, so I find boxes in advance near where I'm staying. If I know I have social dinners and things, I stay somewhere with a gym so I can workout there in the morning. I would literally murder my friends and family and have a child merely to give up my first born for an endless supply of ice cream. Oh, and if it didn't have calories or calories didn't matter or something, all I would keep in my freezer is ice cream. And girl scout cookies.

I work out MORE my time. It helps me feel better, less bloated, elimanate cramps, and I know these things. Plus I feel like I want the scale to go down even though I'm holding water.

MFP, and my polar FT4 helped a lot when I was mostly into cardio. And groupon. Got my started on crossfit and let me try bikram yoga and pole fitness. I LOVE GROUPON.

I don't. Socks if my feet are cold (which they usually are).

If you're hungry, eat half your exercise calories back. If it's just cardio, that is. For weight lifting, you really need to feed your muscles to build them up.

I love that haha. People do NOT get why you workout if it's not to eat more. Like, nope, my life decisions are not all based on how much junk food I can consume.

I premeasure my snack foods on sundays when I meal prep, but people would say something to me if they saw me counting. I do get "you're obsessed" a lot and people get annoyed when I add my food at restaurants to MFP. Otherwise, people get it.

Congrats! I'm barely surviving 5k runs so a half marathon is a huge deal. You should be seriously proud! :)

I looove front squats, back squats, deadlifts, box jumps, and sit ups. I despise burpees and snatches the most, and strongly dislike anything else overhead. I get freaked out.
