its not a cheat! its not as healthy as your usual diet, but this isn't a 'be perfect site', its a healthy lifestyle site, and healthy lifestyles mean balanced diets. That means learning to balance the good and 'bad' foods, you only had half, thats portion controll, i say you should be seeing this as a victory!

firstly it happens, dont panic, dont feel guilty, today and tomorrow try and be 250 or so under by the way of exercise, rather than not eating if you can, if not, write it off, one bad day wont ruin your progress!
