Keep in mind that it's very common to overestimate our exercise calorie-burn. I know many like to eat back only half their exercise calories to account for this.

I think a 4/6 but that doesn't seem to mean very much anymore with the huge variance in sizing from brand to brand.

I'd say just picking yourself up and getting back to your plan is the only way forward. Maybe look back at where your plan didn't work out this time, so that you can come up with a better plan for the next time you're having a splurge meal. I think it's probably too soon to be thinking you're at a plateau. Also, you haven't been consistent, as you mentioned you changed up the calories. Give it some time and perseverance, and if after like, six weeks of same calories and no weight loss, maybe revisit what's going on and consider it a plateau.
