  • I NEED my coffee but I need my creamer with it. I have cut down a lot on the amount of creamer I use though.
  • I use this calorie calculator: http://p90xcalories.com/ And I just enter my names of the different dvds (and the calories burned) into My Exercises here.
  • No way, we have a live tree every year and it goes down around January 2nd or 3rd. I'm over the holidays at that point and want everything put away.
  • I do! I am starting phase 2 tomorrow.
  • I read this 10 minutes ago and I'm still laughing. I had to come back and read it again. I don't log green tea (I don't put it anything in it). I also usually forget to track my water but I drink a ton every day so I'm not really concerned about it.
  • I'm back after falling off the wagon too. I went through a pretty stressful time for about 6 months but I'm completely committed again. Feel free to add me!
  • I'm at about the same weight as you and trying to get back to the low to mid 130s. I'm 35 with three kids. Sending you a friend request...
  • I lost 45lbs without going to a gym. I run outside. I also got some used dumbbells and I was given a copy of p90x from a relative who bought it and then never used it once. I started using JM dvds (very cheap--especially on amazon). I also picked up the Supreme 90 dvds on amazon (sort of a p90x knock-off) for $10 for the…
  • That's me! Even when I was down to my low weight (132-135) last summer I still had too much fat in my stomach area. My face looked so thin (too thin almost) and the rest of me was reasonably thin but with a gut still. The ONLY time I have had a flat stomach was when I didn't eat a single bite of food for 4 days straight.…
  • I did 1.5 rounds last spring and I am in week 3 of a new round. I love it (except yoga--don't have the patience for that for 1.5 hours--I do the yoga in Cardio X though).
  • Shrimp. Loved it as a kid and I can't stand the thought of it now. I also used to eat margarine straight from the tub. Gag.
  • Me too! I have a much harder time with high heat and humidity.
  • Have to try this--my whole family loves tortellini.
  • I've had asthma since I was very young and I run quite a bit. I haven't been running as much the past few months but before last fall I was running 25-30 miles a week, with one run per week being 8-10 miles. I always have to use my inhaler before I run. I have only once had a problem during a run and that was after I was…
  • I have an apple shape and I don't think it is harder for me in general---but it is darn near impossible for me to lose the belly fat. I can lose everywhere else though.
  • I used to garden up north in zone 3 but recently moved to zone 6. I'm excited to have a longer growing season --especially b/c my favorite thing to grow is hot peppers. I always grow a bunch of different kinds of hot peppers--eat some fresh, or dry them, or make my own hot sauce. I also love growing pumpkins--unfortunately…
  • I think we're twins! I also moved, got a new job, and gained back half the weight I lost in 2011/early 2012. I will send you a friend request.
  • I agree. and 3 for me) I think the water pitcher is awkward to remove and hold and re-insert. It's annoying. 4) It seems kind of cheaply made for the price and 5) It takes up a lot of space. I got one as a surprise gift for Christmas but I think it's just *ok*. The k cups are too expensive for me so after my samples ran I…

  • I'm 5'4" also. Last summer when I was averaging 135-138lbs I was wearing a 4-6. I'm medium framed. When I started losing weight I was around 180-185 and wore a size 12-14. I want to get back down to 132-135 and comfortably fit in my 4's again.
  • I prefer St. Louis style, then NY, and I don't like Chicago at all. I can't believe how people rave about Lou Malnati's pizza. I thought it was TERRIBLE. Probably the worst pizza I've ever eaten. They have an awesome beef sandwich though--love that!
  • Hi, I'm 35 and 5'4" and currently weigh 156. I'm trying to get back down to the 135 that I was at last summer.
  • I just added you OP. I lost 45 in late 2011/early 2012 and then gained back 25 this past fall. Ugh. I really want to get back to where I was last summer.
  • Can I join? I've been around MFP for a while and lost 45lbs at the end of 2011/beginning of 2012 but gained back some of the weight this past fall. My goal is to at least get back to my low weight last summer (134) and possibly lose a couple more. SW: Currently 156 GW: 134 (ideally 130...but it was really difficult for me…
  • I need to lose 20lbs too. Unfortunately, I have already lost this 20lbs but due to some stress and health issues I gained it back and have to lose it again now. 5'4'', currently 156 and trying to get to ~135. I'm 35 with three kids (ages 9, 7, and almost 4). Anyone can feel free to add me!
  • I'm 5'4" also and when I was down to 136 last summer I was wearing a size 4. I had thought my goal was going to be around 125 but really I think 135 is fine for me.
  • I did it for a year before I was married and had kids. There is no way I would do it now. Back then, it was really fun and interesting at first but it did get old fairly quickly for me.
  • Completed! I love squats.
  • Me! I'm 5'4'' and currently 157 (sigh, gained a bunch back). I was down to 136-138. My ultimate goal is about 130-132 but I'd just be really happy to get back to where I was last summer. I'm 35 and have three kids. Anyone feel free to add me!
  • I ran when I was younger (h.s. and college) and then I had a fairly active job but after my 2nd child was born I stopped working and didn't do any exercise either for 4 years. I started exercising again by just adding walking and I did the 30 Day Shred b/c it was such a short video. 30DS is short but I had noticeable…
  • I did one full round and loved it. Started a 2nd round and got about 2/3 of the way through and then we moved and everything has been crazy since then. I've still been doing it here and there but not following the schedule. I am planning to start a complete round following his schedule again soon. My husband started it…
