I hope you don't mind me joining you...I've only got 10lb more to go (lost 49lb so far), but am all but keeping myself accountable...

Hello! I'm a 34yo (turning 35 on 18th) Aussie woman always looking for a new challenge. I've previously completed the 20sec to 5min plank challenge, but haven't kept it up. I can currently hold a plank on elbows and toes for 1 minute and side plank on elbow and knee for 45 seconds. I'm looking forward to pushing myself…

Thank you for your feedback. Recently (approx. the last 2 months) I haven't been eating well (well over the 1450 recommended by MFP - more like 2000 to 2200 a day - but sticking to my macros), but have maintained using the data from my fitbit. Prior to my lapse in diet, I was losing consistently following the…

Really enjoyed my run last night...gotta love those exercise endorphins. On a separate note, I'm meeting with the Australian Institute of Fitness on Saturday to discuss their Master Trainer's (Personal Trainer) course...super excited!!!

I have been a member of MFP since 2011, but have only started using it properly for about a year. I lost most of my weight offline and when that progress slowed, got on MFP to track what I needed to change. I sat on the MFP recommended 1200 calories per day for about 9 months or so and wasn't getting anywhere fast. With…

I've never heard of Drivebit before...thanks for the tip!

Thanks. Yeah, I do also focus on my macros to help me get to my goals re body fat percentage, but that's a separate issue. I figured I'd start with adjusting my daily calorie requirements and than adjust my macros once I've got the calorie part right.

Hi all...I'm still about. Haven't started the Challenge yet as TTOM hit me for almost a fortnight straight this month and left me anaemic so I had to take medications to settle things down and take it easy (drs instructions), then just as I was beginning to feel normal again I had a lump excised from my bikini line (about…

1. Make sure I'm drinking enough water 2. Pay attention to my body - don't push it too hard too fast and cause an injury (been guilty of this one before) 3. I'm only new to lifting, so follow the plan I'm on to the 'T' 4. Enter Maxine's Challenge (http://www.maxineschallenge.com.au/2014/maxines/) and smash it 5. Start…
