HI, I've only lost 6lbs so far and although I can't see any changes I feel so much better that I'm out of that rut...just seeing the numbers drop on the scales makes me feel so much better about myself...makes me feel it is possible....can't wait to see the changes though!

Hi, I'm just in my first week, so far I've lost 4lbs! I too have dieted before and even reached my goal, but before i knew it, it all came back. I feel this site has helped me loads as it gives me a focus and keeps me motivated....it's also quite addictive...and calorie free!

That's my worry for tonight....I've been good all week, but I know I'll drink most of my calories tonight. Oh well....you have to have fun too! As long as we carry on afterwards I'm sure it will do no harm.

I sometimes feel like that so I started to have a cup'o'soup to help me feel satisfied, it helps me......although right now I am craving something sweet....argh!

Hello! I too are new and I tell myself every week that I'm gonna do something about my weight and then when Monday comes around my plans go out the window. I know I can do it because I've done it before...so tomorrow I will be starting and this time I will do it!!
