Rax and lucky for me it's an hour drive because I have no self control when I go. I get the deluxe and BBC.

So, out of interest, what IS acceptable to use as an insult? [/quote] In all honesty that is a really good question. All insults would hurt a specific group of people. If you insult them by their intelligence you are offending those whom are not intelligent or suffer from a mental disability which might affecting their…

This I can agree with. While I don't agree with the OP, I don't ever think its okay to use gay as an insult ever. However, on a side note, the OP's topics and comments are entertaining.

You look great and have a beautiful family.

I smoked for a long time and when I quit I bought a bag of Dum Dums. I was a habit smoker and smoked at the same time every day so when I would want a cig. I would instead have a sucker. Maybe wasn't the best way to quit but it was better than smoking.

Today after work I plan on getting in an hour of yoga.

Unless I have a migraine I continue to keep to my routine. However, I also try not to be too hard on myself if during that time I dont run as fast as I normally would or need to take a few more breaks for water. The most important thing for me is getting out there and doing it. I do find that while getting motivated during…

elkahallick gets my vote.

The Museum of Innocence by Orhan Pamuk. I am currently in the search for a new novel to read. Maybe I'll find a good one here.

I would like to try.

Well I consider this a much more productive way to have spent my Tuesday morning than actually doing the work I have on my desk.

I have just finished up a 3 day migraine. Mine have actually gotten better since losing some weight but still come once in a while and this was was pretty bad. However mine are normally worse as the day goes on. I find that sometimes a bag of ice on the back of my neck will sometimes help with the pain. I really wish I…

I am not a size 2 or even close and I do yoga classes regularly. You'd be surprise. I am never the smallest but a lot of the times I am not biggest either. I really love my yoga.

WOW, you look great.

Columbus Ohio here too. I am always looking for others to share experiences with and maybe even a running partner once in a while. I am 32 years old and looking to lose another 20 to 30 pounds on top of the 60 I lost last year. Feel free to add me. MerisaOct3, congrats on your upcoming wedding.

See if you have a local recreation center that offers an indoor track. Near me we have one and it's only $4 for a day pass. My condos gym is out of commission due to a water main break and while I try to run outside even in the cold I'm recovering from a chest cold so inside running for me for a while.

How difficult was it to make? I've been wanting to try this but feel a little intimidated by it. Looks delicious.

I'm similar to you just a tad shorter but starting weight is the same and you are truly and inspiration. I'm definitely looking forward to wearing a size 6 someday soon.

You look amazing. I hope one day to get a pair myself.

I really like what was mentioned here. I think finding a workout that you enjoy really helps. Also if you are trying something new, give it a while before you decide if its for you or not. I started doing power yoga and the first experience I didn't love but now it is one of my favorite activities along with running…

Thank you. I'm completely honest with myself. I'm getting better with being comfortable in my own skin but I know not to blame anyone but myself and to continue to improve. I use to only run in the dark now I'm running during the day. Baby steps.

So this is just my opinion but I would agree with a lot of comments and just ask them. Think of it this way you already won half the battle by putting yourself in the weight area and wanting to lift. I am a very shy person and because of that when I do go to my condo's gym I go there when no one is around, that is a…

Amazing. You are an inspiration.

You are amazing and a Rock Star. I mean seriously what an amazing thing you did and you can tell how happy it made you. I cant wait to cross something like that off my list.

I am on week 5 right now, and I have never been a runner and I have never been really physically active so this has been extremely hard for me. I am always looking for support to get me through some of the harder weeks. This week has been difficult to get the motivation.

I did 2.5 miles on the first and then the weather turned bad and I really need some motivation to get to the gym (which I hate) to log some more miles. Coming here and seeing everyone's posts are helping.

I'd like to join.
