I used to be addicted to pomegranate/blueberry smoothies at McDonalds...until I found out theres 14 tsps of sugar in them! BAD MCDONALDS! BAD BAD BAD!

What class are you taking? I've yet to join a class at the gym but maybe thats what I need. I've been stuck on 150 for a couple weeks now. Glad you came out to play shy one! I'm right there with you! I just can't get rid of that 1 pound to put me in the 140's. I've kicked up my cardio. Im under my calories. augh! We'll get through this!!!

I have to add cherries. Thank God they are not in season all year long or I'd be farting up a storm...lol. I eat them until I get a stomach ache. I've just eaten one cup and already I want another cup...100 calories which is good but the tummy ache and farts aren't! :)

Hi Net!!! So sorry you're having health issues. I'm not here to tell you what to do as you already know what you need to do. I will tell you though, that 1300 calories goes a long way!!! I feel like I'm always eating and my calories are at 1200. Love skinny cow ice cream sandwiches and kellogs fruit and yogurt cereal…

took me a few days to figure out the sugar thing. Mine was and is always in the red. But its all from fruit :) So don't worry about it unless you're eating a bunch of crapola :)

just started myself and you can do it! I get totally motivated when I put in my food and exercise for the day. I also get motivated when someone yells at me and tells me to GET UP OFF OF THAT THING! :)

sounds like you have the best of both worlds. I too think you can eat whatever you want as long as its in moderation. Drinking too. I haven't had a beer in two weeks and this weekend I'm having a beer!....or 5. Keep enjoying your pizza and ice cream as long as it's working for you :)

I agree..just enjoy yourself! You don't need to 'pig out' but don't deprive yourself of the 'chinese food joy!' I'd personally have general chicken and steamed rice. :)

that is one thing I've just recently started. Stretching. I'm really bad at it. :( I'm still checking around. I MAY try a chiropractor for a week or so. Depends on cost. We have one at the gym for 25.00 for 45 minutes but he doesn't do x-rays. How the hell does he know whats wrong if he doesn't do x-rays???

Sounds like most ppl like chiropractors. I will go back to my dr. and see if she can recommend one. I will also check with some ppl in this area. But first, I want to make sure my insurance covers it. I have enough dr. bills from trying to figure out what all this is caused by. Thank you all so much for your responses.…

Did you have a neuro assessment when you first saw your doctor about this? (They'll test your limb strength by asking you to lay down, bend your leg and push them away, that sort of thing) yes I did. My left leg was a bit weaker than the right and my family dr. decided to send me to physical therapy.
