I guarentee we've all had days like this!!! I've gone 4 weeks in a row with no loss (even a .5 gain), So I know how discouraging it can be! But, keep your chin up and remember why you are doing this----FOR YOU!!! You are doing great!! Keep it up!! :) Here's to great day tomorrow!!!!!!!

It's amazing what we really put into or mouths!! There have been several times when my jaw dropped at what I ate (or almost ate). This is definitely a wonderful learning tool!! Great job so far and good luck to you :)

Yep, I'm not lyin! Our Weight Watchers meetings required at least 6 glasses of water....3 of which had to BE plain water, the other 3 could be milk, crystal light, ect....as long as it didn't have caffine. It's worked for me!!

When I was at weight watchers, they say to count it! As long as at least half is regular water. I count it! Sometimes it's the only way I get enough water!

It works if YOU make it work it. There are all the tools and motivation you need here to keep you focused and motivated, but ultimately it's up to you to be accountable, log in calories, etc... Good Afternoon everyone!! Not a great week....still at 167....not even an ounce down. But, I do have to say I thought for sure I was going to gain after a HORRIBLE weekend. Anyway, Off to a better week! Happy Monday!

I wasn't eating all of them....maybe a third or less. My weight loss was slow...usually 5-8 ounces a week is all. I started 2 weeks ago eating them all and I've lost 2 lbs both weeks! Just sayin'! Try it out both ways and see how your body does!

I finally got over this stupid bump of .8 lbs up, then .8 lbs down, then up then down....3 weeks later...YAYY!!! Down 2 lbs.. Weighing in at 167 This weeks goal has still got to be more water! That's a tricky one for me! Thanks!! Hope everyone has a great week! :)

I had horrible heel pain, Dr. diagnosed it as Plantar Fascitis. He said stretching (the calf), wearing a night splint thing, and rest....it worked. It took about 4 weeks. All I could do was stationary bike--anything else hurt too bad!! There are other kinds of heel pain though, you might think about getting it looked at so…
