Happy Hump Day everyone! And boy, isn't it.. L1D3 and it feels like it has gotten just a little harder every day. I've read posts though that that's expected and that in days 4-6 there's a bit of a downhill march so that's very encouraging. I'm right on track, apparently  Today my muscles felt a little weaker, so my…

I'm sorry to hear that! But, if you're able to do any acitivity, maybe you can build up to being able to do the 30ds later. I've only been on the message board a little while, but there seems to be a group starting every month that you can jump into.

I completely agree! I'm right there with you! I'd rather be doing the Natalie moves than the Anita ones.. And even then.. sometimes I'm not even on the same page as Anita.. ;D

L1D2 down! I wasn't sore yesterday, but did have to pause twice, and rest afterward for about 20 minutes. Today I went all the way through without a pause, but still had to rest afterward. I feel weak/ sore today in my upper body. I can see how you would get a couple of days in and say "Nuh-uh!!" BUT, the pain is just fear…

Just wanted to make sure that y'all knew there's a thread started with an August group, if you're interested. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/304157-30-day-shred-group-august

Yeah, according to her (JM), she recommends 10 days at each level for the maximum benefit, but I think a lot of people change it up a little to fit their needs. Hey, there's another thread, and August group, here: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/304157-30-day-shred-group-august If you're interested.

L1D1 done. I have seriously been laying here for 10 minutes trying to wait for the nausea to pass. This is going to be a bit harder than I imagined

Hi everyone! There are a couple of threads for 30ds start August 1st, so I'm posting to all of them. Jess, I read on another thread that some people may gain a little weight, but will notice it more in the inches and becoming more toned. I think that's why a lot of people have recommended taking measurements and…

Hi ladies! I am starting tomorrow morning. A little scared, but excited  I did the measurements and pictures tonight, and had my birthday dinner tonight, so I'm ready to do this thing! I wish you all luck and can't wait to hear about your progress! :flowerforyou:

Hi Ya'll! I bought the dvd at Walmart tonight and thought I'd start tomorrow morning. I'd love to hear how everyone does with it!

Very good idea. I'm a noob, and I figured out the search thing, but I had no IDEA what NSV was! ;D

It's a good point that you make. I certainly wouldn't want anyone to be discouraged because they feel like they've met that kind of opposition. I've mainly been reading the posts and I've been able to just skim past the ugly posts and move on to the ones of real value, but fortunately, I haven't been on the receiving end…

What a fantastic job! Beautiful pictures! Thanks so much for sharing.

Great thread! It's easy to forget about all of the variables that affect my target - my age, frame, how reasonable it is and if I can maintain it, etc. I'm only in the beginning stages, and really I'm not as set on a number as I am a few personal goals like taking the stairs without thinking I'm going to die at the top,…

Nice! I dated an *uber* geek for two years. The kind that has way too many multi-sided dice? Yeah, like that. Well, in an effort to find common ground with him (he was practically allergic to the outdoors and sweating), I learned how to paint pewter figurines, play Diablo, and caught up with the Wheel of Time fantasy book…
