I didn't get out for another work out, but I wore a pedometer today and if I add in the additional calories from my pedometer I am actually closer to only being short about 200 so I think that is great!!!!

W3d1 is complete. It was tough for me. Hoping to get some hill walking in today to see if I can stretch my calves a bit. That is giving me the toughest time. I really need to force myself to get in some more stretching before I go out. W3d2 on Thursday. Great job everyone!!

W2D2 done! I actually thought I had one more 90 sec run to do and when the voiceover came on and said to start my cooldown I was surprised. Hopefully W2D3 goes just as well. Congrats to everyone moving up to the next day or week!

Congrats! My first 5 are gone too. I changed my eating habits about 2 weeks ago. Feels great. The first two weeks I really didn't add the exercise in. Finally started that this week and I slept so good last night from it. Keep up the great work!!

W1D2 tomorrow morning!!! I had some tightness in my upper leg muscles and am trying to make sure I get my water in. I think that has been helping. I hope tomorrow goes as well as W1D1 went.
