Oh, yes. Music does indeed make time (and calories) fly by while on the treadmill. I recommend it to anyone who gets bored of workouts.

I might get a lot of hate for this, but... Have you tried the 10 Minute Solutions Pilates DVD's? They have plenty, from abs-targeted, to bum/thighs, cardio, etc. Yeah, it's 10 minutes. Do you absolutely have to eat this way all the time? I want to lose 30 pounds, but be able to still eat in a healthy manner. I'd like to continue eating in a Mediterranean diet kind of way, while still being able to eat some sweets once a week or so. Or does it just mess up all of your progress?

Thank you to everyone for replying to this. It really reminds me why exercising is important. I forgot that building muscle helps to burn fat, that you need to be toned to look good, etc. Plus, the natural happiness that comes with exercise always helps!

Thank you for answering! I have several Jillian Michaels dvd's. Would those be good, too? I have 30 Day Shred and No More Trouble Zones. They're about 70 minutes together.
