  • I heard that you never want to eat back the calories you burned durring a fitness activity. I don't really understand the point of it at all myself. IT seems counter productive.

  • Your body needs protein after a work out to assist in recovery. The best thing I have found is using whey protein. If I am not ready for a meal yet or I am just too hungry at that point I have a protein drink to help kill the starving feeling then after a little while have my meal.
  • You should try to only weigh yourself once a week. This keeps you from having the emotional ups and downs of whatching the scale bounce around. Your body weight fluxuates though out the day and week. So weighing yourself once a week same day, same time, even same clothes(for instance if you weigh yourself in your underware…
  • To be honest these plans are a waist. They don't teach you how to feed your body properly. They are processed and just terrible for you. The results people see from these diets are temporary because once they come off of them they have no idea how to eat without them.
  • It's shocking really when you first look at everything your putting into your body. After being here a week I found that I am much more conscious of what I am eating. It's a great feeling. I wish you the best of luck on your weight loss journey! Robyn
