I started out at size 13/15 US. Now I'm wearing 7/8 loosely. My waist is 27.5 & hips are 36". I'd love to get a 26" waist & 34" hips so maybe size 5/6 US. Im 5'1" & currently weigh 119lbs. I'm happy with my medium shirts. I hope my bust doesn't shrink anymore!

Lost another pound. Down to 119lbs. Hoping to lose 1 more pound by the end of the month. Haven't taken my measurements. Been doing pretty good on exercising.

I married a skinny guy, but I didn't fall in love with his physique, I fell in love with his personality & drive.

Great NSV's ladies! Mine is going from a size 15 in July to a size 6/7 now! The biggest NSV is having the endurance to play with my toddler. We can go to the zoo, the park, wherever without me huffing & puffing everywhere.

I'd get a lift & augmentation in a heartbeat after I'm done having kids. I can afford it so why not?

Really interesting article! Makes more sense now

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Emmanuel_Yarborough The worlds largest athlete (sumo wrestler) weighs over 700lbs (used to weigh over 800) & is still walking around in short distances, but of course he's a trained professional. I saw a video of him walking & he's sweating to get to the mailbox. I don't see a 900+lb average…

I've been eyeballing my portions & guesstimating my workout calories burned & have consistently lost weight. I have my calories set at 1350 though, so im probably eating 1700 & burning half as many calories as I think I am. If you have less than a 500 calorie deficit, then yes you probably will need to buy one. Especially…

What about children with special needs? To say a stay at home mom of a child with autism or cerebral palsy is easy is an insult.
-
^^this. My daughter would require a special needs individual. She couldn't even get into a special needs daycare 30 miles away because she's not up to date on her vaccinations. I just cannot pay a nanny $25/hr. Special needs children is definitely a different circumstance.

I'm a SAHM of a toddler with special needs. It's unimaginably hard. And besides, my husband is an engineer, so I feel blessed that I do not need to work. My husband prefers a clean house & dinner on the table vs the chump change that I'd bring in. :)

I've been doing their workouts since Nov & have seen excellent results thus far!
-
I do their workouts everyday! I try to do hiit or kickboxing 3X week, dumbbell strength training 3X week, & yoga, Pilates or low impact cardio 2X week. Lost 2 inches from my waist since New Years!
-
I love Fitnessblender! I workout from home while my toddler naps. I can really see some definition now! Better than a gym!
-
Lost a pound! Upped my protein & fiber. Added flax seed. Feeling super hungry this week! Been trying to work out more than 30mins per day.

Hello all! 25 yr old SAHM of a toddler. 5'1" from Oklahoma USA Sw (7/13) 167lbs size 13/15 Cw 120lbs size 7 Gw ~115lbs or size 5 I log everyday. I support my friends. I workout everyday from home. I do not have a gym membership, follow any low carb/fat diet, or take diet pills. I eat everything I did before, just less. We…

I would do us on making healthy food choices more than exercising. You will lose weight eating at a deficit, no matter if you workout or not. Www.fitnessblender.com has free workouts ranging from 5-30mins, which include yoga, strength training, HIIT, kickboxing, Pilates. Do a 10min workout 3X week, then go from there. I…

I feel that way when I drink! Snack on something light, like popcorn, veggie sticks, fruit. I look at my weekly deficit more than daily. One night isn't going to ruin all your hard work. Try to make the best choices you can.

I'm a SAHM & workout from home, usually when my toddler naps. I only have 1 child & I think it will be exponentially more difficult once I have another to be able to juggle working out! I love the workouts from www.fitnessblender.com & free jillian michaels workouts on YouTube.

I'm a SAHM & the weather here in the Tulsa OK area is driving me crazy! I love being outdoors & we just can't because it's too cold/snow. We usually go to the library or the playground but neither are very possible right now :(
-
Good luck on your group! I'm from the Tulsa, OK area, so I won't be much help! I bet there are plenty of moms in the area!
