I have tried the PB2 and it just isn't the same as my Natural PB...not even close! I wanted to like it soooo bad due to it's low calorie..but alas, it just wasn't doing it for me. My dog ended up eating most of the jar in his Kong ball.

OK...so after checking more into this...here is what I have found. 1 oz (28Grams) of dry roasted peanuts is around 160 calories...Now if I'm doing this correctly, would I be correct to say that 2 tablespoons (28 grams) of peanut butter with the ingredients being JUST DRY ROASTED PEANUTS is 160?? If so, I'm a VERY HAPPY…

I recommend starting with Power 90 (basically P90X for beginners)...It's also a Beachbody program.
