One thing that probably used to make the other half crazy, was how I counted ABSOLUTLEY ALL MY CALORIES. I was constantly scanning things, and comparing calories etc etc... until HE JOINED MFP TOO! Is there someone you can call when you start eating everything? Like a "support friend, or a fit friend" - they might be able to say "HEY! Stay on track!" "don't eat that, eat this!" etc ???

personally I DONT think the first week is the hardest. YOU should be MOST motivated and determined in the beginning. THIS journey is sooo long and hard and full of temptation and laziness that as you go on, it gets harder and harder and harder. YOU HAVE TO SET GOALS.
