As long as you make good choices, I don't think it's bad. I personally don't eat there, because for some reason I gain a lot of water weight when I do and I feel really bloated. Just with whole wheat, turkey, veggies. Plus I don't think it tastes all that great!

I do NROLFW Monday, Wednesday, Friday and I do C25K Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday. It's hard some days since I'm doing a lot of work everyday, but I'm happy with the little results I've had. My legs and booty are looking pretty awesome. Make sure you get enough calories, protein etc.

I'm 5'1 and my goal is 113 (70lb loss). Looking back in pictures I think I look the best between 110-120. My plan is to get to 120 then figure it out from there!
