Oh, also, I do not feel weak or depleted. I have more energy now than I did before I started losing weight. I feel great physically & mentally.

Ok, here's the deal. I'm not starving myself. My caloric intake is low, but I'm not walking around hungry all the time. I eat when I'm hungry & feel satisfied when I'm done. My question about starvation mode was not a "my stomach is constantly growling" question but a "am I not losing weight faster cause my caloric intake…

I've only done mine on the treadmill! When I get done with C25K I plan on starting C210K and doing some of the running outside, since the weather will be cooler!

Just finished week 5 day 3 of C25K! I just ran 20 min straight, which is just over 1.25 miles for me. Glory to God!! PTL!!!! I honestly can't believe I was able to accomplish it!!! God promised I would run & not be weary! He is staying true to His word!!

So far I'm losing about half a pound a day. I know the smaller I get the smaller the loss will get too. I'm doing C25K 3 days a week & strength training another 3 days a week. I think I'll take my focus off sodium and put it on protein for a couple of weeks and see how that works for me! edited to correct spelling

My heart belongs to Mio Energy liquid! I use the Black Cherry & Green Thunder flavors. Its either those or just plain water. Might do an unsweet tea when I go out to eat.

I only pay attention to fat when it looks like I'm going over my limit per MFP. I don't really pay attention to fiber or carbs because I eat a fruit & veggie heavy diet which tends to keep my carb & fiber intake at a acceptable level. I LOVE mine! I've had mine since the 4th of Aug and have lost 17lbs so far with it. I wear it constantly! Only take it off for about 30-45 min a day. I'm not going to fast. If I slow it down anymore I would be walking. It was so hard for me because I was on an incline. By the last interval I had already worn myself out from doing it on an incline that it was hard to finish. Completed week 4 today, no problems.
