I have tons. 3 kids and a lifetime of being overweight will do that to you. Am I happy with them? NO But would I trade them for the wonderful kids that gave them to me? Hell No! They look better now than when my youngest was born almost 3 years ago, hopefully more time will help.

Successful SAHM here. Just stick with it and sneak in workouts whenever you can. I like to do squats and crunches at bath time, lunges pushing them on swings etc

I always ate higher than MFP suggested anyway. Before upping calories I was eating about 1600-1700 so I am only eating a few hundred more now. For me I tried the MFP suggested 1200 for about a week and could not do it. This is just a bigger jump. Hopefully in the next week some changes happen cuz I am not sure how much…

My husband is an expert at doing this. Gets upset the kids mention his pot belly. Well after dinner you ate a donut, ice cream, and a bag of combos. If you don't wanna hear it don't eat like that.

HI, finally introducing myself. I started eating more 2 weeks ago. Based on my TDEE my daily goal is set at 1920. I havent read everything here but I agree. i catch a lot more **** about my size now than I ever did when I was fat. (well outside of school but kids don't know better) If people had been so vocal about my being overweight then I would have lost weight sooner.

My 9yo daughter has a "boyfriend" which was cute until they started holding hands. He comes down to our house and picks her up to go play at his house. I get more scared everyday about how far this will go.
