I made homemade guacamole for 8 people for a picnic at the beach. The weather cancelled our plans... I ate almost all of the guacamole over a 2 day period. I don't think I can stomach it ever again! But I'm sure I can have a go at those brownies!

Think it might be impossible to balance it out without someone giving you specific meals every day. The only things I track are calories and protein, I generally ignore the rest. Used to eat that every day... smeared on 12 grain bread, dripping butter... hot coffee. Oh yum. Marmite and cheddar baps... literally my mouth is watering. Most spread it on thinly, I love a thick layer, that first bite makes your tongue explode... must go shopping
