I have hypothyroidism and do not have trouble dropping weight if I can keep myself out of the fridge. breyers carb smart ice cream its low in cal and fat it actually has less sugar than any skinny cow products. Unfortunately it only comes in vanilla, chocolate or strawberry.

cabbage casserole!!! Cook cabbage till soft in a casserole pan mix cabbage a can of low sodium, low fat cream of celery soup, 1 cup of reduced fat cheese (mild cheddar, sharp or whatever you like). Crush low sodium saltines on top and bake at 350 deg for about 20-30min. Its great and kids love it.

I am 8 weeks PP and haven't had mine either. I have never been regular either. I also can't remember how long it was before I started when I had my son. I am not breastfeeding exclusively its more like I am formula feeding and supplementing with one feeding of breastmilk a day.

I hear you on the expensive side of healthy eating. I try to shop at discount grocery stores especially for produce. I can find strawberries for under $3 per lb. Yesterday I went shopping and found celery for .79 and cherry tomatos for .59 and a bag of apples for $2.89. Now if I can find almond butter for less than $9.

I am 8 weeks PP and at highest pregnancy was 307 and dropped to 288 after delivery. Right now I am 284 and keep gaining and losing the same 2lbs. I have started watching my sodium trying to keep it at 1300mg and exercise as much as possible.

with my first child it took 18 months after going off birth control and with my second it took almost 3 years.

I have a digital bought it at walmart for around $40. I like it the battery lasted in it for two years before I had to replace it and it was accurate as far as I know it always matched my doctors office scale. Its made by Taylor.

I haven't heard of it or know much about it, but my doctor recommended for the Mirena IUD. I am nervous about getting it done I have to wait till 10 weeks PP but I am excited to not have to worry about it for 5 years

We are a family of four and spend about $70-$90 per week on groceries that includes diapers and formula. Out of those I have only done P90X. I like the program except for the Yoga. Before I got pregnant I did lose about 20lbs doing the program. I have a 7week old girl and a 9 year old boy and I too had GD with my daughter. I have already lost the pregnancy weight but I have a lot more to go to get to where I am happy. as COOKIES!!!! Its about the only way I can get it down. It is definitely a texture problem with me i wish I could eat it because its a great way to stay full longer but I just can't do it.

If I am hungry I will have a snack. Something like cheese and crackers, yogurt, cereal, and if I want a treat I will have sugar free ice cream.

I did it graduated back in Dec. 2011. It is hard balancing working full time a family and exercising but it is all pre planning. I would prep my food on Sundays for the week that included all meals. Currently I am 284lb just had my second child and reached 307 with the pregnancy. Thankfully a lot fell off by giving birth. I am aiming right now for around 180. I try to log everyday and exercise at least 5x per week but with a 9 year old and a new born its more realistic to aim for 3x per week.

Thats great and hard to do. I remember my cruise all the food that was available 24 hours a day and all the fruity drinks like pina coladas and bahama mamas. Really hard to stay away especially when there is no scale to keep you accountable.

My fav snack time ideas are making onion dip from light sour cream onion soup mix and you can still use the veggies to dip into it or baked chips. yes DO NOT confront her it will only end badly for you especially if she has confrontational parents. The only control you have is your own child if it was my childs friend I would not let that girl in my house and if she bashes you enough to your son he may just remove himself from her company as well.

Just getting back on here myself after pregnancy. I log everyday and I check in everyday with a newborn and 9 year old I do not always get a workout in, but would love more friends.

I am embarrassed by ice cream and french fries. I love them to much to give them up and I feel bad whenever I have to log it but I never feel bad while eating it.

Yes I saw it I couldn't even finish it, but it did make me start to seek out farmers who do not work for major cooperations and do not inject hormones into them. Believe it or not they exist more expensive but exist. I know a lot of people say it turned them vegan, but I just love my dairy too much.
