I am gluten intolerant and even I in the beginning fell for those temptations so now and then. Don't be too harsh on yourself. It…

Almost all above. It seems like when people start with any kind of diet they loose their senses and step into the realms of fantasy...

Ask your doctor for an alternative which doesn't cause any weight gain or try other alternatives like homeopathic medicine. I can imagine you're worried. I had remaron and gained 60 pounds within half a year! It was awful and I felt even more depressed then ever before.

Maybe opening your diary would be something to start with, so others can have a look at it and give you proper advice?

If it is cortisol exercise is less important. You need to rest first, to lower it, before thinking of working your *kitten* off in the gym! Yes, when I went to Scotland on a holiday I lost about 6 to 7 pounds in 3 weeks. I didn't exercise at all, just went for walks in the hills and visited castles...

My diary is open for friends. I don't get it why some have it completely closed. How can I support someone else, not knowing what they have been eating or doing, but that's how I feel about it.

Last movies I must have seen were probably Ghost Busters 1 and 2. Old, but I like them :)

If you call "eatable" food substitutes food groups, yeah, but further what gives you that idea and that it is calorie deficit?

It was always told to me to weigh only once a week, preferably once a month even. But not so long ago I read when losing weight it's better to weigh more frequently, so you know how it is going with the weight loss and how the body reacts?! Still I think measurements tell more then the scale.

I really can't imagine no one has noticed anything. The differences are very clear. Maybe no one dares to say anything? Like will he keep it off or if I say something I might upset him, or some people barely give compliments, etc... You doing absolutely great!

Same here! I am massively boned, when I get small I look like a anorexic, so I don't want to get small and am happy with my frame and curves.
