I have no idea actually. Someone else must work out as well I would think? Unfortunately caffeine is out of the question for me, I cn't have it. It's giving me massive anxiety and panic attacks. Maybe most of the daily carb intake around the exercise could help?

As long as I can remember people have been telling me I have to eat more. Further nothing really. But it made me more reluctant to eat and I don't like to eat in public.

I totally agree. Only thing you can do for him is cooking proper balanced meals, so you know he doesn't get crap on his plate at home.

This I have heard a lot! As far as I know it is not even for sale anymore where I live, must be a good reason for that. I think those shakes are quite okay (still not a fan of it) when you want to lose 2 or 3 pounds quickly, but not on long term!

To me it feels to me a bit like fooling yourself. Of course you don't have to keep on track for the all of us, but at least for yourself. I am planning to stick to the keto diet, for some reason I always feel extra motivated around the holidays to stick to my meal plans.

To your information I lost well over 15 kilos (33 lbs) already! I have recently reset my ticker + it doesn't show what I have lost but how much I still have to go! Next to that I don't weigh myself so much anymore, I measure and recently lost another 3 cm waist! Next....
