I'll get on that, then. (:

My diary code is 6784. I usually never hit over half daily sodium levels and I drink about 12 glasses water minimum daily. Calories are as low as I can get. I am high protein/fat low carb. I'm maxing at 35g carbs daily right now, at a steady carb reintroduction. Yes for stomach definition. My stomach is a marshmallow and…

Good points, guys. And yes, very true, track. I was eating way too much, definitely eating too many sweets (900 calories' worth of brownies within an hour, half a box of Milanos, 6+ oreos) which is how I gained weight.

What do you eat? Nuts/seeds/nut butter, animal/fish meat, dairy, eggs, certain veggies, ...top stuff with mayo, olive oil, butter. Do you still stick with what most consider healthy fats - olive oil, avocados, nuts, etc? Yes. Do you watch saturated fats? No. From animal products it shouldn't harm you. When you do buy…

Thank you for the replies, everyone. I came up with a median number of BMRx 1.65 or something activity level, so I'm eating about 1770 daily goal since I don't really bother with logging exercise. For real MFP have me 2700 to eat. On the bottom it said, you earned such and such calories from exercise. For 1lb a week weight…

Bump. Still confused...

Peanut butter or cereal/oats. What I'd do to be able to eat a PB&J soon...

Okay... what information do you need?

I personally consider meat important but not essential. I eat a high-protein, mod-fat, low-carb diet. I'd rather flip the fat/protein ratios but food intolerances (eggs, dairy, coconut oil) prevent me. Not only does this diet carry me over for 6-8 hours each meal, lower my food bill and keep me going through workouts, it's…

I've seen that term before, and it is definitely real... however, many of us said that we will treat ourselves with what and when we want. I am like some where if you let me have a cookie, I'm bound to go all out and eat four or five cookies. If I want to eat a treat, I'm gonna do it right. I usually only do it once a…

Carb ups are basically where you do intense workouts throughout the week, have a slamming session around 3 or 4 pm one day, and at 5 pm start loading up on carbs to replenish glycogen stores for the week. Best served for athletes and those that exercise. Me can get away with an all out pig out of donuts, pizza, brownies…

Bears and lions are natural but by no means healthy or safe!

Bump. I'm averaging 25 - 35 net carbs a day. Taking into account my dairy/egg intolerance and coconut oil allergy. One reason why I turn to pb so much. Maybe exchanging beef for pb one meal would help some?

Fat is very filing meaning less intake overall and doesn't eff up your blood sugar or insulin. Less calorie intake plus level blood sugar and no insulin Problems = happy camper.

Weight training! Boosts your hunger like crazy. At least it does for me... make me ravenous. Definitely look into eating at lest two tablespoons of peanut/cashew/almond/seed butter. Delicious and an easy 200 cals right there! Dried fruits, nuts/seeds, and oily fish are also great for gaining.

I love chocolate cake and brownies, bars (both milk and dark), Poptarts/ toaster pastries with chocolate in them, in small pieces of y cereal, and Hershey's kisses.

Make homemade ones. There are TONS of recipes out there.

I use a busy-patterned plate that's about 8" and also is a bit steep, almost like a shallow bowl. I eat less (or think I've eaten more) when I have that versus the regular 11" white square shallow plates my family uses. I also read somewhere that blue is a good color for keeping temptation at bay... probably b/c it's a…

For veggies exclusively: Does your son like cherry tomatoes (fruits, but close enough)? Those are fun bite-sized snacks. Adding pretzels to your son's lunch makes it tasty and fun, too. They are also types of carrots and potatoes that are basic tan color, and also come in reddish and purple colors, which can make a really…

I get very sharp headaches after eating eggs. You probably have an intolerance or allergy at most. I also become nauseated if I drink too much water with breakfast or the pan I cook my food had a little too much oil/grease in it. I know that foods I have an intolerance to I can tolerate if another food is mixed in with it…

I understand why people do it (to prevent snacking later), but it's unhealthy both physically and emotionally and kids especially become very ill-feeling when forced to eat. Children know much better than adults when they are full or hungry. Guilt tripping your kid doesn't change the fact that they are hungry or not.…

A few points: -One week is not a long time. - Measure your intake accurately. - Remeasure yourself to decided if you still need 1200, or need to go up or down. - Try to do some light walking, or carry around weights when you walk places (like a gallon jug when you walk to the kitchen). My #1 piece of advice is to up your…

Thanks for the help guys, I appreciate it. The main reason I went into this is because I've been stalled since January. I was at a plateau up until maybe July (after trying bulking (which helped)) when I did some fitness DVDs, lost a little, but I never improved after that. So I did Keto and I finally saw improvement, it…

I'd imagine. All these symptoms crumbling on me make it hard. Thanks for the input.

Use a crock pot, with pulled chicken/pork or rice, steam veggies on the top. Let it cook while you're gone, it's ready when you get back. When putting them in containers for the week, boil eggs and pack string cheese. Sandwiches are easy and need no special care. Egg salad, roast chicken, you name it, you can stick it in…

Sugar from natural sources like fruit is just fine. If it's in your cal limit you're fine. They only measure 28g limit for processed sugars. Most people on here switch out the sugar track for fiber or sodium b/c they can't stand seeing the red after two fruit servings.
