Yougurt, fruit of your choice, and 1 cup of juice of your choice. I normally do 1 cup of orange or pineapple juice, with frozen pineapple and blueberries.

I also have done P90X and the workouts are awesome! It was a challenge for me to complete the entire program, but I do include it in my workouts. Good luck! gls:smile:
