tjraddyou look radiantly happy and your hair looks like a commercial for conditioner:happy:

I have the perfect solution for you and I - if we just read a bunch of the nastier posts on here we'll get nauseous, vomit, and create a calorie deficit. Then we won't need any pills. So kind of folks to help us out with our weight loss that way. People can be so mean :ohwell:

Wow! You are one of those lucky women who are beautiful no matter what you way....but now, just WOW WOW WOW!!!!!! Great work!
-
That is a perfect suit for you - you look fantastic! Negative comment? The only thing I can come up with that could even be close to negative is: "Hey, Stop That! Stop thinking you have anything to worry about when you look so good!" or maybe "No fair...I'm jealous" See? It's all good!

Yup, stress gets my vote too. i'll have this happen on occasion...once I said something to the physician who said it's almost always stress that's the culprit. Making healthy changes may be good for us, but it's also stressful - remember to not be hard on yourself and recognize and appreciate all the great things you're…

That's a fantastic transformation in 10 weeks - you must be so proud of yourself. It really takes a lot to stick with healthy changes for 10 weeks, and you clearly have great determination! Keep it going and please keep posting - it's very encouraging!

That's so nice that you work that much, go to school and still make time to volunteer - my hat is off to you!!!:drinker:

I can't complain about my income, but I wish I could work less hours and get more done in the time I do work. And if you're a home health coder with HCS-D message me as I will need to hire more help

I just hate how I'm on a thread like this and the banner add changes to "Considering plastic surgery? Let us slice and dice you for $99.99!"
-
This is my planned reward for when I've lost my weight and kept it off for at least a year...I really can't afford it right now either. Just like my weight loss though, I plan on being able to afford it by then. I never thought I'd be one for plastic surgery or hair dye, etc. However, I've decided that if it makes me feel…

Can you make it a family project? All of you go to see a nutrition counsellor/dietician, check out healthy recipe cookbooks from the library, plan a family exercise day (or two or three) ... this would avoid placing the emphasis upon her, make it a health related focus rather than diet focus, and hopefully help out…

I wish I felt more up to the challenge, but no pain, no gain....I'm in at 206.2 - Headed to bikini weather on Friday April 13th (what a day to get on a plane). Even though there won't be a bikini in my suitcase it would be nice to at least look like they're made in my size!

Thank God I hate cheesecake or I'd have to be picking bits of my laptop screen out of my teeth :noway: And PLEASE don't put up any pictures of yummy chocolately bakery next!

I wear a HRM and when the trainer works me out for 1/2 an hour it's about 400 calories. When I cut the grass in the summer with a push mower I can hit about 700-800 depending on the temp outside. I find I burn about 5-10% more than what MFP says vs. HRM. Like someone else mentioned, it's proportional based upon height,…

...Yes, but the social norm for McDonald's will require you to order a Big Mac Meal, supersized....with a diet coke:noway:

Oh, she's such a cutie! I'm betting you can't part with her once she's home with you in her "forever" home. Thanks for saving another rescue - I've got the itch to get another greyhound myself right now, but my boy is so neurotic and just got over my girl coming along in Feb. of last year. It would send him to the Prozac…
