I get this from my local hole-in-the-wall, and ask for the sauce on the side. I don't even hardly eat the rice most of the time!

Big Cheesehead here :) I have family in Eagle and Waukesha, and it's a crime in our family to NOT be a Cheesehead. Granted, I'm from Ohio, but we just can't be Bengals fans. ;-)

Heck YEAH!!!! November 1981 - "Physical" by Olivia Newton-John!!!!

I honestly buy a good amount of the Weight Watchers magazines in the grocery for the recipes. I LOVE THEM!!! They're easy to make, and can be made ahead of time, portioned out for the week's lunches, and it's not "crazy" ingredients.

Oh, I've gotta add another show that I've seen twice: Blue Man Group: How to be a Rockstar. I LOVE THEM!!! That's seriously a fun, energetic show! My husband was really impressed watching them play "Baba O'Reilly" at the end of the show. Plus.... not sure how many of you are from the ATL area and remember a band from the…

Marilyn Manson, Cruefest (1st year, all but Trapt. Meh.), Bobaflex, of course, Dream Theater! :) Locally, we have Ozzmosis, which is an Ozzy tribute band, and this guy NAILS Ozzy!!!

I agree with "On Angel's Wings." Also, "Ave Maria", and "Here I Am, Lord." Those three church songs have been in my family for years, and every time I hear it when I go to church, I cry because those are always used at Funerals. The old country song "Daddy's Hands" by Holly Dunn reminds me of the great times I had with my…

I don't get to bed until around 4 or 5am most nights, so I try to spread my meals and snacks out, to where I'm still in my range, but I'm taking slightly larger portions, and I can eat most of my lunch in my 30 minute break, and about 2 hours later, I'll finish it. About 2 hours later, I'll have my snack (usually either a…

Sevendust, Bobaflex, Pantera, Stereomud, and Metallica keep me going at a good rate, along with some of the party/80's music, like Motley Crue, Poison, etc.

I'm not a mom, but I totally agree! The animal instinct would take over. I'm so happy to read words like this, but very sad for the loss of her husband.

I have 4 dogs.... 2 boxers, a basset (my boy Fred in my picture) and a mutt. They are all my "kids", and they're my world, along with my hubby :) The moment you have that first bonding moment with them, that's it. I'm done. I'm such a softie when it comes to animals, and I would probably have 20-30 dogs. It's bad ;)

Have I missed it?? Has NO ONE said Mariah Carey's "All I Want for Christmas Is You"? That song makes me want to kick a puppy. No, not really, but seriously.... her squeal singing makes me want to jab qtips in my ears as far as they can go.

Elvis or Porky Pig singing "Blue Christmas." Once I hear it, my Christmas spirit goes in the toilet for the rest of the year.

Dayton, baby! Where we never have enough Walmarts! :)

it supposedly has a diuretic in it, but it's not really enough to make a difference to where you're running to the bathroom on an hourly basis. (I was a pharmacy tech for 5+ years.... plus, I'm currently on it.)

If you go to the Hustler store, or website, you'll find TONS of hilarious shirts, especially baby onsies that say, "My mom puts out." That one is years old, but it still cracks me up! :)

I've also noticed that my forum updates are from 4, 5 or even 6 hours ago, and they seem to repeat. Any clue why this is happening? Maybe from the same update?

I'd use cherry pie filling for the "pizza sauce," shredded coconut for the "mozzarella cheese," sliced strawberries for the "pepperonis".... just be creative! I love the idea, though! Hope everything works out great for you!

I'm not in very good shape, so I've been repeating the 1st week for the past 3 weeks, just to get myself in a better position. Plus, I recommend this, if you have any type of knee problems: http://www.amazon.com/Imak-Knee-Strap-ErgoBead-Pressure/dp/B00169YA2S/ref=reg_hu-rd_add_1_dp (Sorry, I don't know how to make a…

Biscotti and tea are two of my FAVORITE pleasures on a cold winters night! Thank you so much!!!!! :)

thanks for sharing! How neat!

I have a box of low fat, or fat free popcorn, a box of the Pure Protein Smores protein bars, a jar of lightly salted peanuts, and a few cans of crystal lights on my desk at all times. The popcorn has been a staple, especially since a large bag can last me almost all day. Plus, I also keep hot teas in a little basket, and…

For a future dinner idea, my mother in law is a diabetic, and she absolutely loves it when I make meringues. Easy, but time consuming. :ohwell:

a good way to cut back on a chunk of your calories is to ask for a margarita made with fruit puree, not the sugar filled juices that you normally see in a fruity margarita. Personally, if I'm not a fruity mood, I get a bloody mary. It's around 130 cals a glass :)

hm..... any cookie would work, I assume..... vanilla wafers, oreos, ....or gingersnaps?

I'd call your doctor and ask. Those people got a small bit of your medical history, but I would really call your personal physician and give a small rundown of the day's "activities" and ask what they recommend.

A really easy, and quick recipe is to get a premade graham cracker pie crust, a box of sugar free jello pudding of your choice, and pour the prepared pudding into the pie crust. Let it set, and top it with lite cool whip. We do this a lot when my father in law comes over, and his favorite is the sugar free butterscotch :)

Does using the "juice" from the canned beans make it creamier? I've seen recipes where they tell you to drain the beans, and replace the juice with water. I didn't know if there was a major flavor change or not.....?

Mother in Law. No lie. I know she's always secretly criticizing my cooking, even though I'm a better cook than she is, and I think she really knows it, hence why she always feels the need to say something. ("wow.... there's garlic in here!" Yeah, no kidding... it's a garlic chicken.....)

Thank you!!! :) I'm always looking for new, creative ways to cook fish, so I don't get in a rut!
