  • I just printed off some salad dressing recipes from Gina's SkinnyTaste site. I made buttermilk ranch dressing, and I have to find some tomatillos to make the cilantro dressing with it. And my picky eater husband LOVES the ranch dressing! :)

  • Amen!!!! You can't just cut out the "good" stuff forever! That makes your body quietly resent you. And when you finally do get to treat yourself, you over indulge. I still go to Wendys, McDonalds, etc. But I get the salads, and save 300+ calories doing so by not getting the fatty meals. So, I'm not depriving myself at all.

  • I had this same thing happen to me! I was 186 on Friday, I was 197 on Sunday (WTF, right???), and now, I'm down to 194. Not sure that I really ate stuff that was that high in sodium, but maybe I didn't drink enough water? I was sure I did! I'm also very bloated and icky feeling, as well!!!!
