1. 203 as of this morning 2. 5.8 lbs since last week!! 3. NSV: I've managed to get my 3 liters of water in everyday. I've also been consistently exercising and taking my vitamins. 4. Exercise everyday, stay under my calorie goal. 5. 24.2 lbs to go!! Gotta say, getting enough water and changing my workout to include…

I really like to keep it simple and quick. Quick and easy breakfasts: Eggs fried with green and red peppers, mushrooms, and onions mixed in + fruit OR Open faced peanut butter and honey sandwich on wheat bread OR Kashi Heart-to-Heart instant Oatmeal with chia seeds mixed in I pair all of these with 8oz of 1% milk. I'm so…

You so motivate me! Thanks for your great attitude!

Is it the photo that's posted in your profile? You look great now, but you'll be bangin when you lose weight! I'll upload a pic later tonight.

I don't know your situation well, but it could be a few things. The obvious: you're prego. Congrats! Not so obvious: If you're over training you could have a condition called amenorrhea. Losing too much weight/being underweight can cause periods to stop. It could just be hormonal. Personal experience: My period all through…

Feel free to add me, I'm always looking for supportive friends. I'm on here everyday and always give words of encouragement :)

So yesterday, my husband went out and bought me two 12 packs of soda. fml. wtf? I can't decide if he's trying to sabotage me, or if he's just plain stupid. He probably thinks he's helping. I'm irritated, but I guess it will be a good way for me to test my resolve? He also bought two half gallons of ice cream (my favorite…

I work security for my local transit agency. It's one of the reasons I gained so much weight, I got in the habit of eating two full mcdonalds meals a day. YIKES! Adds up to about 3000 cals a day. But, I will not be doing that anymore!

haha! Owned.

Yup, a combination of cardio and strength does wonders for the body. I don't know how much you work out now, but I do about 30-45 min of cardio with about 20-30 min of circuit strength training. It seems to be a good balance. The cardio is a good warm up for the heavy lifting as well.

I suggest drinking lots of water. And throw in a cheat day here and there if you haven't already. It could be that your body is in a bit of a starvation mode. Try eating back the calories you burn while exercising. As long as your net calories are good, you'll keep losing weight. It's important to get all those calories,…

I understand where you're coming from. I've been thick and thin and being thin definitely garnered the most attention from everyone. Not just guys. I'm job searching and I recently didn't get a job I really wanted and was entirely qualified for. I met the girl who got the job instead of me, and she was a thinner less…

Keep up your hard work, our bodies are very resistant to weight change. You'll see more results soon :)

Stretch marks on my arms and stomach... YUCK! And they're bright pink. They've got to go!

I find that when I'm strength training, it's better to focus on improvments rather than calories. Strength training is great because you can feel results everyday. The sore muscles the next day make me so happy cause it means I'm getting stronger.

Get your sleep! If you don't sleep your body will want more food. Maybe call today a rest day?

I work 2 12s on weekends and those days are the hardest to the calories down. I feel your pain.

I really struggle staying under my daily calorie goal. However, my net calories haven't been going over 1400-1500 so it's still a victory. Today, I was so tired I gave in and had 20oz of soda. Had I not done that, I would have been golden. Oh well. I will purchase caffeine pills to prep for days like these. On the…

1. 208.8 2. 0lbs lost 3. Cut my calories from 1660 to roughly 1400 daily. 4. Work out with my University's Women's Rugby team. I've never done it, so here's to trying new things. 5. 30 lbs

Yup, ya just gotta keep at it. Even if you fall off the wagon you just have to get back on. It's all mental for me.

I do strength training workouts without the music, it does help me focus. However, for cardio I love to have some ultra motivating music spurring me on.

I'll add you, I'm 5'6" and weigh 210 lbs. I'm also trying for a 5k and would love to help motivate you!
-
5'6" here, the least I've ever weighed was 132 lbs, but that was really hard to maintain. I was probably only eating 900-1200 cal a day and burning at leats 500 a day. So, a healthy/maintainable goal for me is 140-150, or a size 11 pant. I'm just not made to be smaller than that. And I look freaking hot at that weight…

I've found that I'm more successful when I keep my weightloss goals to myself. If I tell my husband about them he'll start calling me out on anything "unhealthy" I'm doing. When I tell him I don't want his input, that this is my personal journey, and that it's a 90% mental thing, he gets upset because I'm not accepting his…

Girl, I have been in that bad relationship with the *kitten* you just described. And trust me... THANK GOD it's over. Praise whatever diety you believe in, for blessing you enough to have him toss you. You do not want to be with a guy like that. He emotionally abused you. You feel pathetic and sad because of how he treated…

Hey, I fall off the wagon ALL the time. It used to really get me down and I'd mope around hating myself for being so weak and inconsistent. BUT I finally realized, that the past... is in the PAST. Everyday, every hour, every minute is a new opportunity to get back on track. Don't waste those opportunities by moping around.…

Eating plan: I just updated my weight loss goal to 2 lbs per week, so 1200 Cal/day. And no more soda!!! Breakfasts will be protein shakes, eggs, oatmeal, or other high fiber cereal with lowfat milk. Lunch will most likely be an easy PB and honey or turkey sandwich. Dinners will be fish/chicken, salads, and fruit/veggies. I…

Hey everyone, I'm Liz. I weigh about 210 right now so if I could get down to 180 by christmas that would be AWESOME! I got this big by eating my emotions and now I'm going to try handling my emotions by exercising. My game plan: Bike three miles to (and from) the free fitness courses offered by my University every…
