awesome here we go, I wanted to reach my goal weight by the end of the 1st week of Dec, so even if I don't hit it I want my inches to go down so I can wear a uk size 8-10 pants, south african 32 i think. Also going to do some sets on the floor. Just not sure what we can do for the leg ones for the tuesday? Any suggestions?

currently on 1400 cals, so scared to up it, this weight loss has been so slow anyway but I know if I am doing weights I need to up it. SO will do it gradually. Thanks I already eat the berries just don't want to give up the all-bran!

yes definitely, what are you planning to eat, I looked at the foods they suggest which I mostly eat now but, I don't see any fibre! Need to be able to go to the loo lol.

I am definitely hungry when i get up but i have a cup of de-caf then get the kids ready for school and take them, so when I am back and ready for breakfast it has been about 1.5hrs since I had my warm drink so hungry then.

I generally eat when my body tells me I am hungry, I will drink water first and see if it is not just thirst, but then I will wait 5 or 10 mins and if I am still hungry I will eat. Some days I eat 3 meals plus 2 or 3 snacks but other days I eat every 2 hrs, I don't let it worry me. I focus on how good my body feels from…

You can add me if you want, I eat quite clean, I also make my own recipes for soup and add them, and I love using the scanner option on the app especially if you're out & you can't work out what's in the sandwich you're eating. :-)

Wow you look amazing congrats, I am 5ft 10 so only a teeny taller and my lowest I was 132lbs but people kept telling me I looked too thin, I was never that toned. I am also looking to get stronger & healthier rather than just lose weight. Currently weigh 162lbs. Thanks for the inspiration. :-)

I started last week and had to take a day off for pulling a muscle in my shoulder!! ( I know dumb right?) so I've done 6 days and it does get a bit easier. The only days I don't do it is a Sunday. Good luck everyone and have fun.

My TDEE is 2252 and not sure what my macros is. I try to keep my carbs down as I feel less bloated. If I exercise every day am I also supposed to eat those calories I have burned? surely not isn't that the whole point of exercise?
