i understand. ive lost 65 pounds so far. 60 more till goal. somedays i can see what an amazing job ive done so far. but most of the time i see such a big big girl in the mirror.

i do the elliptical, or the treadmill or the bike for cardio for an hour and burn around 450 according to my ft7. im a big girl and i feel like im putting in major effort. but apparently i need to step it up to get to 700.

i use the runkeeper app it automatically syncs to mfp (i've set it up that way) but it tells you the speed.

i havent yet had that thought. i keep going. every day. havent thought about giving up at all. sure i would love to sit and eat an entire row of oreos but now that i am aware of calories, I CAN'T. no matter what. i guess i just want it bad enough.
