tommys. its a chili burger place. here in sd. well we only have one in san diego. its an LA place mainly. i eat there probably once a week. chili burger and regular fries. their chili fries and great but at 980 calories or something, its not too often i indulge in that. lol

at 126 i dont think you could or definitely should not create a deficit large enough to lose 2 lbs a week. get more realistic goals. and then, good luck.

i tried spaghetti squash for the first time two weeks ago. IM ADDICTED. ihave had it only with a little butter and parm cheese or even plain with a lil salt and pepper. i enjoy it so much! i actually have brought some for lunch today which i get to enjoy in 5 mins. i am starving too. lol. cant wait.

i weigh it raw. i usually buy a lot and weigh it out and put in baggies and put in the freezer till i use it.

last night i had an issue on the elliptical after 20 mins. i thought i was about to have a panic attack for some reason. but i just told myself to breathe and kept going. ending up doing the full 60 mins when i thought for sure i would step off of it at 22 mins.
