im 37 almost 38 and it seems to be working well for me. this is the first time in my life i have tried to lose weight tho. so i have nothing to compare it to.

i cant help but to weigh myself every morning as well. i used to log it every monday because i had a loss to record. NOW, im lucky to get a loss every now and then and i usually log it when i do.

ft7 here. same problem. last two times. in the middle of the workout it will say check transmitter. first time showed zero as heart rate and 2nd time showed two lines. --. my watch is less than a month old. and the machine im on is still reading my heart rate. who knows the answer to this because i read thru these posts…
