there is absolutely NO need to be worried about it. AT ALL. JUST DO IT. you cant spend your life worrying about what other people think of you. First of all, it's none of your business what other people think of you. Just do it.

im 5'4" - 5'5" on a good day. My SW: 278 My CW: 211 My GW: still undecided completely. However I believe will be between 153-178. Just not sure yet.

twice a night would actually be nice. considering i may get up anywhere between 4 and 7 times. thanks to my fitbit flex i can now track the madness. Lol. its been this way my entire life.

i bake it for 60 mins at 375. in halves with olive oil and salt and pepper. then i strand it up and maybe add a lil butter or a little cheese. thats it, never tried it with sauce. i absolutely love it.

Im giving up eating out. Not that kind of eating out. But restaurants or any fast food. Bye bye. Wish i could give up my scale but i just cant. So sad. Perhaps next year.

i kinda feel you. i set a date of july 22. my one year mark. i really wanted to lose 100 by then. but the last two months things have slowed to a crawl and at this point as much as ill be disappointed im going to be ok with whatever the number will be on that date. and then keep going until i reach my final goal of 125.

i frickin love baby chokes. and havent been able to find them in over 2 years. seriously. i had originally found them at trader joes yet have been able to find them again. i would cut them in half and sautee them with garlic and lemon. and then dip them in sauce. but my sauce wasnt the healthiest back then. LOL. oh i pray…

i love quest bars. my favorite is cookies and cream and cookie dough. Hated it in the microwave though. i just like it right out of the package.
