I was a faithful member before points plus--not to down them, but the problem is the free fruits for me. I started gaining weight unstead of losing. Fruit cant be free for me--so I just go now to weigh in every week--not following the program.

I try to say no thank you. I really love chocolate! And I work with a bunch of FOOD PUSHERS. so I pack my own treats and keep them with me. Mine are low cal and I can have my treat and not feel guilty aftwerwards.

I would think you don't have to blow the whole day. Plan your meal before you go. Request chicken breast no BBQ sauce, if you eat meat. If you don't eat meat bring a dish of your own like fruits or something. One thing I have learn is that you can't avoid life, food, and people! You have to fit your "diet" in your life and…
