I'm 5 '11, 200, and for my 20s-30s I was 150. In my 40s-50s weight stayed around 175. I just want to be lighter on my feet, so I'll figure out where I should be as I get lighter. I think in terms of breakfast, lunch, dinner. My snack is usually string cheese or an orange. I make lists of breakfasts under 350 calories, often egg and whole grain toast. lunches are usually frozen because I'm a teacher and I need a lunch that's filling but easy and under 350 calories. I used to grow silkworms. They only eat fruitless mulberry leaves, so all the neighbors hated me, and would call my mother and complain about their naked trees. I loved those worms/moths. They fascinated me. I kept them in my room on newspaper and a pile of leaves. I do believe I'm a nerd.

I was researching "The Hacker's Diet" and no, I'm not. Sure wish I had those skills. My TA had to fix the audio on my computer for me, as I was trying to show the movie Othello to students and it made a robotic reverb sound and froze every 60 seconds or so. I wasn't smart enough to fix the problem. Sniffle.

I constantly drive with my knee. I've done it for years, and do it automatically without thinking. If I have a passenger they usually point it out to me. Corners-no.

Noosa tart cherry is the best. Trader Joe's chocolate and mocha are like no others. Fage 2% is decent. Can't stand those gummy tasting gluey cardboard ones. I used to make my own, but last time I tried I failed. I like sour cherry, lemon, honey and vanilla flavors. Not so fond of others. Best yogurt I had was in Athens.…

Don't panic! Keep on keepin' on! I've cut back on salt, and notice that although my weight can go up and down before I loose, it doesn't as much. Think of all the hard work you've put in. It's absolutely normal. Maybe only weigh once a week?
