sorry for the double-dip. The last one is Cio Bello, which I've heard good things about. True? I think the salted caramel sandwich would be better than the key lime, but photo doesn't show it.

I too am having trouble hitting my protein goal. Bought some protein powered today: one scoop 110 calories, 20 grams of protein. I added unsweetened vanilla almond milk and a frozen banana. Very good.

Are you eating some delicious things? Do you have 'me' time? Can you relax somewhere, without a lot of pressure? Being a mom with two small kids can zap you. B vitamins? Lots of water? Is the gym enjoyable? Is there something you could do that is? Bikes? Do you get enough sleep?

As I understand it-- when you fill out your stats-- If you have over 50 lbs to lose you can plug in 'lose 2 lbs a week' (or less) but if you have 50 or less to lose it is suggested that you lose no more than a pound a week. Have you looked into yin (slow deep stretch) yoga? I can't do impact other than walking, and the slow, restful stretching is helping. Monkey mind for the first 20 minutes, but then I give in to the relaxation. It's all done on the floor, sitting up or lying down.
