Carbs aren't "equally important." And what makes some food, "junk food." If it fits under your calorie requirements, and you meet your minimum fat and protein requirements, that's all there is to it.

My wife and I travel to Tokyo 2-3 times a year but that's only a 10-12 hour trip from LA. You can request special dietary (or religious) meals before your flight but I don't bother. I usually shower with very warm water so I get the sauna effect all the time and sweat a bit. I usually weigh 0.1 kg less after the shower. :)

Well, sometimes a rant is just a rant. I sometimes rant about companies' poor customer service or support and don't end up doing anything else since the rant was enough for me. That said maybe she already has a facebook page about this topic, but then again I'm not sure how a facebook page would change things here.

The issue wasn't just what they were eating in the hospital. It was that some of these kids were already 50lb+ overweight, and some were already diagnosed with diabetes. This was introducing extra complications toward their treatment. And then the doctors and nurses would see the parents feed the younger sibling chocolate…

Honestly, I switched over to kg since it was such a hassle changing the scale back and forth between my wife and I. The good part is that I've been getting a lot of practice multiplying by 2.2. :wink: I will send you a friend request, accept it at your own peril. :drinker:
