As if. We're talking about clean eating. NOT scary and unhealthy eating! :explode:

I think that's correct to an extent. Unfortunately, most people forget that you need to hold back a little "NOS" for the end of the day for that final boost to win the race. I bring to your attention, one of the "Fast and Furious" movies where the rookie used his NOS way too early for it to do any good. That's a good…

I don't know about you, but I'd rather eat 100 grams of what I really like than 500 grams of what I don't like.

Some calories are equal to 4.18400 joules. Other more special calories are equal to 4.18401 joules.

Exactly. What does it add to the conversation by pointing it out. It's not like the person doesn't know and they're just waiting for someone to point it out to them.

Dear lord. Grown men say stuff like that?
-
Of course!

I just remembered that I have a Feb 2011 reg date so going by that date I should have been in perfect shape right now. And of course, that's not the case.

I would create as many sacrificial alters as needed and pack as much sacrifices as needed to make the one true food have zero calories. Of course I'm talking about pizza. Preferable with tons of extra mozzarella, pepperoni, salami, mushrooms, olives, green bell peppers, etc. Heck maybe even some capicola and prosciutto for…

Also, thanks to time dilation the broccoli will age slower compared to the time reference of an observer. So you can wait longer before you throw it away and grab the chocolate bar.

That wasn't even my best work. :blushing: You should see how I rock an umlaut !! :drinker:

A foolish mistake on the part of that person. As for me,unless I am 100% sure someone is pregnant and they bring it up in a conversation, I do not mention anything pregnancy related.

Serious answer: I think they're both awesome and both of them have their time and place. Edit: As for what's healthier, that would be White rice since it has 1/3 the calories and 1/2 the carbs of the average pasta (assuming same weight of course).

What's wrong with that? PS I could use a compliment right about now. :flowerforyou:

and then you get the I'm just kidding. Sugar is awesome! And it's so so sweet!

A relative who lives in Germany that I hadn't seen or talked to in almost 2 decades contacted me via facebook. His first communication with me was to tell me how fat I was. I first thought he was also calling me a dlck but 'dlck' is thick/fat in German. :noway:

All can say is that you are amazing. Great job, seriously !!

A medium 117 gram blueberry muffin is 441 calories. You don't think walking 2.5 calories should burn away at least one mealy muffin?
-
You sir, are truly an inspiration for all of us!!

Congratulations!! That is freakin awesome!!

I would be delighted to kick you in the derriere. As many times as needed until we get the desired results.

"All this has happened before, and all this will happen again."

Thank you. I was going to say something similar, but you said it much better than I would have. Unfortunately, when people bring up the McDonald's coffee incident, they tend to not have all the facts.

I ain't scared of no McDonald's (as well as other fast food). :drinker: I travel to Tokyo 2-3 times a year and the Mega Mac (a double Big Mac) is popular there. I always get a few of them when I get the chance. And most Japanese people are not overweight, even the ones that go to McDonald's. The only other place I've seen…

"skinny fat" :explode:

No, but I've had a LOT of success donating fat.
