Thanks everybody - I'll try the tights/shorts, just feeling down about it really. I hate when this stands in my way of working out. It has been since I gained the last 75 lbs I came on here to get rid of. i guess I'll just have to deal with it till my thighs get smaller.

I tried making this - but replaced the sour cream for plain nonfat greek yogurt. But my result - not that great. Do u think it was bc of the yogurt? But I thought it was a common substitution... not sure if i want to try again...

I agree with the above. I eat breakfast from Mcdonald's all the time! Either the iced SF NF latte or the fruit & granola yogurt or the oatmeal. I count whatever I get and I enjoy it. And I appreciate that McDonald's has quite a few healthy options - unlike a lot of other fast food places.

Hi grace, I did this a few months ago for a few weeks and did well then got tired of it and stopped. Now I have been back for 10 days and lost 5 lbs in the first 6 days and then gained almost 4 lbs in the past 4 days!
